Our guide Annie was in a word FANTASTIC, funny, knowledgable, engaging, food was great, but she made the tour. Just enough local history to be interesting but not boring. Great selection of food. Would recommend the tour and all of the eating spots without hesitation.

My sister, my friend and I took this tour with Anny as our guide. It was our first "food tour" and we liked it so much that we will definitely take another foods of NY tour. Our guide Anny was so warm, personable, and had a lot of knowledge of the neighborhood. We especially liked the traditional Italian pizzeria called Emporio. The food was wonderful at every stop as well as the informational narrative along the way. Very interesting history of the neighborhood! The little cupcake bakery was also a hit with us. We went back there at the end of the tour after touring the old St. Patricks cathedral on our own. Would recommend this particular tour to anyone who loves a little history and likes to sample great food!

Our family loves history, food, and exercise so this was a great option for us. The weather was perfect, as well as, Annie.

Annie was an amazing tour guide. Very personable and knowledgeable about the neighborhood and the food. We learned a lot of historical facts as well as info on the restaurants on the tour. Great singer too.

Today I went on the Food of NY Tours in Nolita with my mother and grandmother. The tour was fantastic! Anny was so informative, funny and added a great personal touch to her knowledge and history of the neighborhood. Being a native New Yorker I learned some great tips about the architecture and the culture of the Nolita that I have never known before.
The tour was a great balance of history and food. Every place we went was excellent, my favorite being the pizza at Emporio and the ricotta cheese at The Smile. This is my second Foods of NY Tour and it has never let me down.
I'm looking forward to booking my next one, and hope that my next tour guide is as amazing as Anny!

My fiance and I went to the Nolita/Noho tour with Anny today. We loved it.
Anny was so informative, helpful, funny, nice, and interesting! (She is also a beautiful singer, btw. She sang a little jazz song for us at our last stop. What a treat.) She really made everyone feel so comfortable and knew all of our names in a matter of minutes!
Everywhere we went was excellent. I loved learning about the history and culture of the neighborhood. There are a lot of things that go unnoticed from the architecture of the buildings, the decor of the restaurants, etc. It was fun to learn little secrets about the restaurant like the Parisian bread that comes overnight to Tartinery! Amazing.
It was perfect even on a chilly day. And yes, there were locals besides us on the tour. I can't wait to book my next tour!
Thank you, Anny!!!!!!!!!!!
