Note: The difficulty level of this hike is moderate: These trips are recommended for people who exercise at least 1-2 times per week and can handle a day of high exertion. Expect steady, but not sharp, elevation gains of 1-2,000 feet and distances between 6 and 10 miles. Just about everyone without major health issues can comfortably participate in this level of hike.
