This beginner class is for anyone with little or no belly dancing experience. Learn basic belly dance moves while having fun developing fluidity of movement, toning core muscles, and working aerobically in a friendly, supportive environment. You will improve your technique as you progress at your own pace and practice basic choreography. At the end of each session, enjoy the "Circle of Love,” where you’ll participate in an improvisational expression of free-flowing dance movement. If desired, you will also have the opportunity to participate in student showcases. Come learn the sensual art of belly dance!
