Nothing beats brunch in the city… except for Southern-style brunch in the city! Not only will you learn fundamental techniques of cooking, but you’ll be taught how to cook a delicious southern brunch. The menu includes classic shrimp and grits, crab cakes eggs benedict with spicy hollandaise sauce, bananas foster French toast, and the perfect home fries (if this doesn’t make your mouth water, nothing will). Take home the recipes and replicate it whenever you want - with friends or for a Sunday treat. Bring a little bit of the South into your kitchen and chow down!

Chef-instructor John Scoff, originally from South Carolina, has been in the restaurant business for 15 years and is a strong supporter of using fresh, local ingredients when cooking. Studying and cooking with several award-winning chefs granted him with the culinary expertise and professionalism that he brings to this class.
There are no monetary refunds for cancellations less than two weeks before the class. A minimum 48 hours cancellation notice is required for credit to another class.
