When it comes to cooking seafood, it’s pretty much a sink or swim affair.
Featuring signature dishes from coastal hotspots around the country, during this culinary workshop you’ll learn uniquely regional ways to add flair and flavor to seafood dishes in your home kitchen.
On the class menu are Light and Creamy New England-style Clam Chowder, Southern-Style BBQ Shrimp and Grits, and Cajun Blackened Salmon with Maque Choux. To compliment theses courses, you’ll also learn to make Cheddar Buttermilk Biscuits and Peach Cobbler for dessert!
The class will be led by a professional chef, under whose guidance you’ll develop your culinary skills and confidence in working with seafood.
You’ll also enjoy the fun, social atmosphere of the class, working alongside fellow foodies to complete each dish, and settling down together at the class’s end to enjoy the product of your collective labor. And to keep things light, you’re welcome to bring along your favorite wine or beer to drink in class!
Catch it while you can!
Note: All cooking materials included.
