During this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn to cook a multi-course meal with a focus on equal parts nutritious and delicious, with a focus on vegetables and whole grains.
On the menu are Quinoa Tabouli with Feta, Crunchy Kale Caesar Salad with Grilled Shrimp, and Asian-Style Turkey Burgers with Kimchi Slaw. Plus, for dessert, you’ll master the art of Mini Pavlovas-featuring Mixed Berries!
You’ll learn to make these dishes alongside a small group of fellow aspirants, working in tandem around a well-stocked cooking station. And when the hard part is done, the tasting commences with a post-class meal around the dinner table!
