Like to eat simply, but also, you know, gourmet? Paleo meets masterchef (and vegetarian) during this culinary workshop!
Featuring a range of delicious vegetables common to our early ancestors, you’ll learn to create several flavorful dishes that will be huge hits with both family and friends -- assuming you care to share! On the menu: Indian Spiced Stewed Chickpeas over Turmeric Cauliflower Rice, Sauteed Kale with Avocados and Apples in a Honey Dressing, Black Bean and Sunflower Seed Burgers, Spicy Thai Pink Grapefruit Salad, and Paleo Brownie Bites.
You’ll develop the confidence to recreate each dish in your home kitchen while working under a professional chef, and will have the opportunity to socialize with fellow foodies. When the cooking is done, you’ll continue the schmoozing during a post-class feast, and to keep things lively, you’re welcome to bring along your favorite beer and wine!
