You’ll work alongside fellow foodies to create a range of traditional Indian dishes under the guidance of a professional chef. As you progress, you’ll learn about common spices and ingredients that give these foods their complex flavors, gaining the knowledge and confidence to recreate them on your own.
You’re welcome to enjoy your favorite wine or beer thanks to a BYOB policy, and after the cooking is done, you’ll sit down with your classmates to enjoy your hard work by the mouthful!
The menu you’ll be constructing includes Chicken Tikka Masala, Palak Paneer, Vegetable Samosas, Mango-Tamarind Chutney, Naan Bread, and Mango Lassi.
