You'll learn to form these pasta styles and more, after learning the essentials of preparing a perfect dough. Your instructor will show you how to mix this dough from scratch, and gauge its consistency and readiness by hand to determine when it is fully kneaded.
With the skills you pick up in this class, you'll be able bring homemade semolina pasta to your home kitchen with nothing more than a board, rolling pin, and a few simple ingredients.
