Explore the unique ingredients, simple techniques and sometimes fiery recipes of Thai cooking, one of the most distinctive of Southeast Asia. You’ll learn to cook authentic versions of some of the country’s most popular recipes, then sit down to enjoy them with beer (the drink of choice) and wines. You’ll make: summer rolls with dipping sauce; satay with peanut sauce; yellow chicken curry; jasmine rice; pad thai; and tapioca pudding with coconut.

Note: For individuals with nut allergies, please note that some of the recipes contain peanuts. Full names of all class participants and Photo ID is required for registration and building access. All recreational classes are restricted to adults 18 or older. Students under the age of 18 will not be permitted to attend adult classes, even with an adult. If you sign up for a class that is age-restricted and do not fall in line with the policy, you will be asked to leave during check-in and will still be charged for this seat.

Two weeks withdrawal notice is required for a refund. However, a $20 transaction fee will be deducted from the refund for each and every class seat registration that is canceled by the registrant/student. When a class is dropped 3-13 days prior to the start date, only school class credit will be issued, and the transaction fee will be deducted (see above). Rescheduling a class still entails a cancellation and, therefore, a transaction fee will still be charged to customers. There are no refunds or school credit issued when fewer than 48 hours notice from the class start date is given.
