It also grows that good gray matter in your brain (healthy brain!). With this workshop, JuggleFit will teach you the proper techniques of juggling. You’ll learn about the various health benefits, both physical and mental, and most importantly, learn how to fit juggling into your fitness plan -- standing is now a workout! About the Teacher
Heather Wolf has taught thousands to juggle through her workshops and Juggle Your Way to Fitness DVDs.
