Fight like a black belt in no time! This full-contact, beginner karate class engages strength, flexibility, speed and stamina for a total-body workout. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, you will learn the basics of karate as well as essential elements of the fight. You will combine a sequence of punches and kicks while practicing footwork and defensive strategies to overcome even the strongest opponent. Emphasis is placed on proper form, posture and attitude, to ensure that you’re challenging yourself mentally and physically.
