You'll be introduced to the fundamentals of Muay Thai, which include drills, basic offensive and defensive footwork, proper form, as well as loads of cardio and conditioning! Pick up on great techniques to pack in a better, more precise punch.
You'll also be able to blast out rounds on the heavy bags and kick shields -- great way to vent your week's stress!
This is the class where you don't have to be a fighter to look like one.
Note: You must be a resident of the Tri-State area to book a trial class. Gear is required: 10-16 oz boxing gloves and handwraps.

Muay Thai Foundations October 30, 2014I train at the Kings location in Manhattan but came out to Kings Combat Fitness on a Saturday. This gym is amazing. It has a very open floor plan and a weight room. Everything is clean including locker room and showers. The instructor (Dave) was very helpful and everyone was extremely welcoming.
