If not, don’t worry, because this class will help catch you up to speed. Judo focuses on the principle of using an opponent’s strength against them. Some of the moves you’ll learn include throwing, falling, holding, and ground wrestling techniques. You will also find yourself getting stronger as you increase your endurance and self-defense awareness. Make that 20 million and one people, because by the time you leave this class, you’re going to be a judo fanatic ready to take down anyone who stands in your way.
