This hands-on three hour bread baking class will refine your baking skills and discuss the ten steps of the bread-making process. You’ll get to participate in each step from selecting the ingredients and kneading the dough to shaping, scoring and baking. Enjoy the fruits of your labor by taste-testing your own creations! By the end of class, you’ll know how to bake the perfect baguette, buttery roll, fruit and nut loaf and pizza pie right at home!
