Biscuits and Scones February 25, 2018The chef is super nice and helpful. Always helping us and taking time to repeat all the process of the dough and etc. l really liked the way the class went by. We don’t even have time to write things down. But since we do so many times, the recipe gets in your head.

Bread Baking Basics June 2, 2014The class was awesome mostly because of our instructor. His name was Joe, and he was funny and entertaining while also being really knowledgable and helpful. The entire class was so much fun, and you definitely get a lot of hands on experience during your three hours in the kitchen. Plus, we got so much bread to take home with us! I'll be looking for more classes to book soon.

Bread Baking Basics June 20, 2013I'm a New Yorker and always looking for cool things to do in the city. LPQ has done it! They offer monthly baking classes at their Bleeker Street location (only). The bread making basics class is fun! You leave with raw dough to make at home and an abundance of freshly baked bread. The class finishes off with you baking your own personal pizza at the community table with your classmates.
