Chocolate Breads use the luscious flavor to produce an array of products: baguettes, brioches, and cookies. This three-hour hands-on workshop teaches simple techniques to create delicious loaves, transforming each student into a baking master. From Bruges to Antwerp, Brussels to Ghent, you’ll make not only a Belgian proud of your chocolate bread, but also feed your friend’s stomachs at the same time.
