Learn some favorite gluten-free Bread & Pastry recipes that make gluten-free baking tasty and fun! Soak in some key elements to ingredient selection and baking techniques, and share the day’s bake amongst your fellow bakers to take home.

Note: Please note that the Bakery School Kitchen is not a gluten free facility and ingredients containing gluten are stored and used in other recipes prepared in the Bakery School Kitchen. We cannot guarantee that the environment or any product made will be free from gluten and other allergens.

A full refund is issued if cancellation notice given at least two weeks prior to class date. Class credit for another class is given for cancellation 4 - 13 days before scheduled class date. There is no refund or credit given within 72 hours of scheduled class date.
