Even if you’re not a local doesn’t mean you can’t eat like one! Come along for a history and food tour of Manhattan’s Flatiron District. You’ll make your way through the Flatiron and Union Square neighborhoods while taking in all the sights and sounds. Begin your tour with tastings at Caffe Lavazza and Eataly, Mario Batali’s epic artisanal Italian food emporium. After exploring Eataly, get some simple, good old fashioned American food at Schnipper's, a New York institution. Stop for a brief history lesson and photo opportunities in front of the famous Flatiron Building before continuing on to Beecher’s Cheese for a quick private tour and one of NYC’s best grilled cheese sandwiches. Top the whole tour off with a walk through the Union Square Farmer’s Market for an extra special treat! The last stop is a private tour (just for Like A Local) at Bread’s Bakery where you will also sample their famous babka!

Note: The tour is 2.5 hours long and includes 6 tastings and two behind-the-scenes tours. Exact meeting location will be provided upon booking. You will walk less than a mile but comfortable walking shoes are a must.
