During this martial arts class, practice the three primary components of Kung Fu: physical training, fighting techniques, and conditioning. As you learn the fundamental moves like hits, kicks, and blocks, you’ll improve your body as well as your focus, discipline, flexibility and balance. If a talking panda can learn Kung Fu then so can you!
