You’ll learn the ins and outs of thinking on your feet and turning those thoughts into a spontaneous musical. The Magnet Theater will teach you the mechanics of a song, the structures used in creating a larger musical piece, and how to start singing confidently within your own voice.

Michael moved to New York in 2006 to study acting at the Michael Howard Studios Conservatory. After improv greats, Rachel Hamilton and Armando Diaz, came in to do a week-long improv workshop, he enrolled in The Magnet Theater. He has been taking classes and performing at the Magnet ever since. Michael currently performs musical improv on Tuesday nights with BEEES!!! and non-musical improv on Wednesday nights with Leviathan.
