  • Continue to SUP 2 and 3 and then Intermediate trips
So you think keeping your balance is hard? This program ups the challenge by teaching you how to balance yourself on a stand-up paddleboard, to experience a new level of connection and flow. This class uses a method of starting out with a dry land teaching, which will give you a focused, effective way to learn the key movements of full body paddling and hip-and-torso rotation. Then you're set to get out on the water and playtest the new skills and techniques! Plus, this 90-minute session will help you nurture your mind, body, awareness, and breath. Note: A bathing suit is required. There is no age requirement for this activity, however all participants must be over four feet tall, and must be able to do 3 push-ups and 3 squats comfortably. If you are under the age of 18, a guardian must sign a waiver for you upon arrival. Please note that the price includes our partner's $2 scheduling fee.

You may cancel or rebook at least 24 hours before your session start time at no cost. If you are canceling within 24 hours of session start time, the reservation will not be refunded or transferred. If you are requesting to rebook within 24 hours of the start time, a $25 fee per person will be charged promptly and the rebooking must be made immediately, otherwise the reservation cannot be rebooked. Arriving after the start time or without a valid voucher is considered as a cancellation.
