Belly dancing is here to help you achieve that total body workout so you can look and move just like a Middle Eastern beauty. In this class, discover the fundamentals of this art form as you practice isolations, shimmies, and undulations to get your body moving to the rhythm. You will also learn to incorporate shoulders, arms, back, and hips to improve muscular strength, flexibility, and control. By the time you walk out of class, you’ll have hips that don’t lie and a body that won’t quit!
