Give your poor pillow a break and get rid of that stress by learning how to really pack a punch in this women’s only kickboxing class. You’ll combine kicking, punching, calisthenics, stretching, and aerobics into a fun, intense workout that will get you into the best shape of your life. You will also improve your core strength, flexibility, and coordination, and may even pick up a few new self-defense moves. Before you know it, you'll be looking like one of Charlie's Angels... and fight just like one, too!
