You'll learn to distinguish between the variety of spices used in Indian cooking, such as cumin, coriander, garam masala, and fennel. Learn more about your spices and be able to use them in any of your future cooking endeavors!

You'll prepare saag paneer (spinach in home made chees and aromatic spices), kali dal (black urad dal with ghee and masala), puri (hand-made bread, to be freshly made at home), and matar mushroom (mushroom and peas with onion, ginger and garlic).

This is a feast for the stomach!
