You'll learn to distinguish between the variety of spices used in Indian cooking, such as cumin, coriander, garam masala, and fennel. Learn more about your spices and be able to use them in any of your future cooking endeavors!
You'll prepare chicken tikka masala -- a classic Indian dish! You'll also cook up chanadal with yellow lentils, coconut, ginger, cumin, and coriander, as well as vegetable pulao with basmati rice, carrots, onions, and spices.
This is a feast for the stomach!
