If you're vegan or you eat gluten-free, you can still have your fill of Indian food! This class will make cooking vegan and gluten-free Indian cuisine approachable and feasible by teaching you how to combine the right spices to make your dishes aromatic.
Learn a recipe for chana masala with chickpeas, onions, ginger, and garlic! You'll also prepare aloo gobi with cauliflower, peas, and potatoes, along with vegetable pulao with basmati rice, onions, carrots, peas, cashews, and raisins.
There'll be no shortage of food during this session! You also won't want to miss chana dal with coconut and yellow lentils or the onion fritters with chickpeas!
Never again will you have to go to an Indian restaurant and undergo the hassle of asking about what's vegan or gluten-free on the menu!
