During this class, you'll develop greater strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, rhythm, and agility as you practice kicks, ducks, spins, and other basic Capoeira moves under the guidance of a professional. With an emphasis on conditioning, you'll partake in proven exercises to see what your body is truly capable of.
