Wu Shu dates back over 2000 years as a form of meditation and physical exercise used by the monks of the Shaolin Monastery. The words, "Wu Shu," literally translate into, "the art of one individual stopping violence". In this martial arts class, you will practice moves that are both graceful and explosive, such as kicks, blocks, punches, sweeps, locks and grabs. This intense workout will burn calories, as well as strengthen and tone your muscles. You'll leave with a strong mind, strong body, and the self-defense skills to take on even the most intimidating attackers.

Note: Free trial class is for first time students only. This class requires a min of 5 students to sign up in order to run the class. If the minimum is not reached, the vendor may cancel the class.
