Shimmy on down! You’ll learn a variety of sensual dance moves in this introductory belly dancing course, perfect for absolute beginners. Practice isolations, shimmies, undulations and the classic belly dancing moves used by Shakira herself. You’ll learn to incorporate your shoulders, arms, back and hips in each sequence to gain muscular strength and fiery sex appeal. Develop your inner rhythm while improving stamina, flexibility and control across the floor. Dance yourself to the best body of your life!

About the Teacher
Daniela has been teaching belly dance to students of all ages backgrounds for over seven years. Her dance foundation came from her studies of tap, jazz and ballet at Strut Your Stuff Studio of Performing Arts. In college, Daniela was the captain of the Dance Team at Adelphi University. After college, Daniela discovered the art of Middle Eastern Dance and has studied bellydance under two masters in the field, Amira Mor and Alyne. She is also the founder and director of the professional belly dance performance ensemble, the Daniela Dance Company.
