Since Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a philosophy based on leverage and equipping the smaller and many times weaker to combat the strong, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the often the best option for your defensive desires. During this women's only class, equip yourself with a strategy to combat any attacker through grappling and ground fighting techniques. Through practice and preventive behavior in simulated, realistic scenarios, you'll train your mind and body to react quickly in the face of danger. Don’t panic. Kick some a**!
