In this class, you’ll place an equal emphasis on fundamentals and fitness, as you learn the basics of self-defense through grappling and ground combat. You will also familiarize yourself with proven techniques to defend yourself in real life situations. This class is designed to give you a taste of this fighting form, while getting a great workout, improving strength, stamina, and balance.
