Calling all women! Looking to mix up your routine and learn self-defense at the same time? Try your hand (and feet) at kickboxing, an intense combat sport based on kicking and punching that combines elements from aerobics, martial arts and boxing. You will learn the fundamentals, including basic forms of punching and kicking, such as jabs, hooks, side-kicks, and roundhouse-kicks, that will increase strength, flexibility, coordination and balance.
