At Red Tiger Jiu Jitsu Ryu, you will be taught what is considered to be one of the most effective forms of martial arts, jiu jitsu. Learn how to effectively take down and control any opponent through the use of joint locks, chokes, and escapes, on top of basic kicks and punches. Along the way, you’ll receive a rigorous workout while toning and shaping your body in ways you never thought possible. Before you know it, you’ll be taking down opponents twice your size, without breaking a sweat.
