You'll learn the difference between sushi rice and regular old white grain, get all the need-to-know details about nori, and then you'll be ready to start your own masterpiece. Get excited! The three rolls you'll learn in this class will cover a variety of ingredients and roll shapes that will be invaluable to your future in sushi making. A chef will craft you through your first cucumber maki roll, then show you how to make an inside-out tuna maki roll. Lastly, you'll learn to make a crab avocado maki roll. We hope you've worked up an appetite by then, because after it's all said and done, you'll get to eat your own creations!
