In this newbie pole class, you will build strength and confidence on the pole through learning the fundamental movements and techniques, such as climbing and spinning. As you will be able to go at your own pace, the seemingly difficult moves will feel less intimidating. By the end of class, you'll be sure to feel like the pole is simply an extension of your arm... you'll also also be pretty addicted!
