    Guided Meditation

    Treat yourself to a cool and calm break from everyday stress with a guided meditation! During this soothing session, you’ll have the opportunity to let go of your daily stresses and concerns while falling into a state of compassionate awareness. You'll enjoy the chance to simply be mindful of your breathing, your body, and your immediate environment without clouding your mind with anything else. Each class is led by a teacher with experience in Buddhist meditative practices, including Shamatha (peaceful abiding), Metta (loving kindness), and Vipassana (insightful meditation). And after each meditation, you’ll be welcome to stick around for a little dharma talk and reflection, where you can learn about meditative practices and how they support a compassionate way of life.
