Make use of what you’ve got and join in the fight! Use your fists, feet, knees, and elbows in ways that can effortlessly defeat your opponent. Muay Thai isn’t considered “the art of eight limbs” for nothing!

This beginner class welcomes teens and adults alike, so teenager-parent duos are more than welcome to join and learn!

During this class you will build strength, break a sweat, gain confidence, and improve agility. You will become a warrior in no time!
