Make use of what you’ve got and join in the fight! You will perfect your pad fighting skills and call yourself a connoisseur in no time. Practice against pads, using your fists, feet, knees, and elbows in ways that can effortlessly defeat your opponent. Muay Thai isn’t considered “the art of eight limbs” for nothing!

This class welcomes teens and adults alike, so come out and learn -- no matter what your age!
