Sushi Making February 26, 2019I was expecting a little more to be included in the $50 such as a complimentary drink or supplies needed to make sushi to take home aside from the mat.

Sushi Making February 2, 2017Very good! The place is small, but it only feels tight in the kitchen and you're only in there for a few minutes, so it's not bad. Just embrace it! After the kitchen you come back out to the counter area and have all the space you need.
I thought I was going to leave hungry, but I was Titi ally wrong! There was more than enough food for my wife and I.
Such a great place with a family vibe. Ask questions! I asked a ton and all were answered completely.
I would definetly do it again!

Japanese Dessert May 21, 2016The chef/owner was really cool! I learnt 5 desserts and made mochi from scratch! She was really nice enough to add and Chand some recipes so I could try some variations! It was a great experience! The recipe handouts were simple and easy to follow! The green tea pudding and the red bean strawberry mochi was really really good! (I hated red bean befor this class!) it was fun:)

Sushi Making February 28, 2015I love the sushi-making class at Soy. Chef and owner Etsuko Kizawa is very friendly and knowledgeable, and her teaching style is very clear and easy to follow. The atmosphere is also very homey and cozy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who's interested in learning how to make sushi.

Sushi Making July 17, 2014I highly recommend this class! If you have ever wanted to try a sushi making class take this one! We had a wonderful experience learning everything about making sushi from prepping and cooking the ingredients to actually rolling them up. Along the way we learned a lot about Japanese food and tradition and our instructor was so nice and helpful. We learned how to make several different rolls from traditional to hand rolls and were stuffed by the end. The best part is we got to take home the rolling mat to put our new skills to the test at home!
