Ever want to learn how gymnasts flip, tuck, and tumble? Or maybe you’ve always wanted to literally flip out? It’s time to stop procrastinating and learn because let’s face it, flips have always been cool. During this acrobatics class, you’ll start off practicing the basic fundamentals and techniques. From there, the acrobatics start as it’s time to flip and tuck, exercises which have been shown to improve flexibility, core strength, and body alignment. Tune in your inner gymnast and flip out!
