Tai Chi embraces an ancient form of movement used by the Taoists in China. In ancient times, Taoists used the martial art as a form of relaxation, creating a sense of oneness and awareness of the body and its movements. If people are still practicing and promoting its health benefits after all these years, they must be doing something right! During this martial arts class, you will learn to prevent body strain by paying close attention to how the body flows during the opening movements of Tai Chi. Throughout the process, you'll strengthen both your cardiovascular and immune systems, while revitalizing your energy, stamina, and agility. Come and exercise your heart, mind, body, and soul.
Note: This is a free trial class for first time students only. The specific location of class is given upon confirmation.
