Before you can cook, you need to learn how to use a knife, unless you enjoy gnawing on two pounds of beef or cooking foods whole. In this basic knife skills class, you’ll learn exactly how to cut, mince, slice, and chop. They’re all very different, you know. From there, you’ll put your skills to the test as you whip up fresh salsa to go with a beautiful batch of cheesy nachos. How delicious does that sound? While you’re slicin’ and dicin’, feel free to sip on some wine because this class is BYOB, so you know it has to be good.
