Calling all aspiring BBQ afficionados and weekend grill warriors, here's your chance to get a behind the scenes look at how the pros do it. Join The Center for Kosher Culinary Arts for an open house with Chef Ari White, owner of the Yonkers based Got Cholent, Inc., Gemstone Catering, and Pit Boss of Hakodosh BBQ. Chef White will give a tour of his monster mobile rig as well as explain how real BBQ can be accomplished at home with an array of units available to the home consumer. A brief lecture on authentic Texas style wood burning BBQ will be followed by an informal Q&A and "hang" during which time you will have the opportunity to pick Chef White's brain about all things BBQ.

As part of the open house, guests will be welcome to help themselves to an all you can eat BBQ dinner that will include two types of brisket (sliced and pulled), BBQ beef spare ribs, smokehouse chicken and more. Beer to be served as well!
