Guest instructor James Parker is an award-winning, nationally renowned chef who travels the world teaching the subject of fruit & vegetable garnishing to the novice and expert alike. In this class, he will teach the art of carving melons and fruit, and presenting them on decorative platters. Learn these advanced techniques and take home your very own exquisite creations.

Chef James Parker is the founder of Veggy Art, a “ready-to-use” garnish company, and a Food Network Challenge series contestant, winner and judge. Since Veggy Art‘s beginning, Parker has led demonstrations, sold garnishes, and held classes all over the country. He has also been featured on the Food Network multiple times. Parker started his career as Sous Chef at the Ronald Reagan Building/International Trade Center, in Washington D.C.
Cancellation made at least one week in advance of the class will be granted a full refund. Credit towards another class will be given for cancellations made less than a week but more than 48 hours in advance.
