Do you feel like your body has gone from Gumby to tree trunk over the past few years? Add some range back into your movement with an all-levels class focused on building flexibility.

Your professional instructor will take you through a series of stretches and conditioning to warm up your body as you make your way into front bends, backbends, and splits.

You’ll work through most of your moves with the assistance of a partner to safely maneuver each technique and guarantee proper form.

As you advance in your practice, you’ll gradually build new skills as well as strength, confidence, and, of course, flexibility.

Note: No experience necessary. This is for first time students to the studio only.
