Maybe that’s a bit intense, but you can learn hand to hand, the acrobatic movement of doing your own handstand on someone else’s hands. Discover the basics of hand balancing and correct handstand alignment after a warm up of shoulder-opening stretches, abdominal strengthening, and inversions. You may find yourself impressing everyone with your new physical skill and increased dexterity. Don’t just do a handstand; perform one on another person’s hands -- do it big!
