In this class you will learn the basics of yoga pole and get an incredible full body workout. Everyone is welcome, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice.
Start out the session with a yoga warm up, using the pole to assist and enhance your poses. Once you’re feeling limber, you’ll start working on a simple and fun dance routine. Then you’ll conclude the class with a relaxing cool down, leave you feeling flexible, strong, and energized!
