The class is well structured and it focuses on each individuals strenghths/weaknesses pertaining to their public speaking skills. Instructor gives back constructive critism and makes you feel very comfortable in front of the class. The most interesting aspect of this class is learning about the students background, culture, and careers and how their public speaking skills effects their daily living. It was a pleasure to have taken a free trial class, however it was a bit too pricey for me.

Not really a class as you are brought in to be an audience for other actors practicing their skills. Waste of time except for watching other acting students struggle. I would have preferred at least five minutes of real acting itself and not being a passive audience member. I'd highly recommend intro to improv at The Magnet Theater for a much better experience

I read about this class in the book "Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking" by Susan Cain and I had to visit. The class uses gradual exposure to reduce anxiety and enhance comfort when speaking in front of an audience. There were people from all backgrounds from writers and litigation attorneys to museum curators and investment bankers. In spite of their varied professions, they all contributed to a welcoming environment for everyone to feel confident to speak up. I signed up for a package and will have my first non-trial visit next week.

The instructor did not interact with the guests. It was a waste of time. Don't bother. You just sit and watch other students act. It was a class for those who pay, not for prospective clients. The studio should have designated classes for those who are already students and those who are not.

I only attended the 2nd half of the class. The instructor seemed to be well proficient in his job and knew how to teach the students. I would consider it as a good way to improve your public speaking skills.

I wanted myself to practice as well. I didn't see myself being engaged in the class so much by watching other people speak.

Furthermore, the class is $400 for 12 1-hour sessions, which in my opinion is very expensive and shocking.
