There are eight basic points of contact that give this fast-moving style the nickname “the art of eight limbs.” In addition to learning a new sport in this Alliance Orlando class, you’ll find out why Muay Thai is wildly popular for its ability to increase cardiovascular fitness and tone and shape the body. The class will teach you all the basics of strategic kicks and punches to defeat your opponent. Plus you’ll gain experience in clinch fighting, a stand-up grappling style used to limit the effectiveness of an opponent's attacks, including those with hand-held weapons.
