In this Alliance Orlando class, you’ll learn how to effectively take down your opponent with a number of control techniques such as joint locks, chokes, and escapes. At the same time, you’ll be getting a great workout that will build your core strength and stamina. This class offers entry into an exciting community that encourages you to be your best while building mental and physical discipline and having fun doing it. You’ll receive individualized training based on your skill level, and progresses to more difficult moves and drills as you master each new challenge. Don’t be intimidated by the awesome fighters around you; you’re on your way!
